s366 cost $650
non intercooled H1C cost about 300 after rebuild
pipes clamps and ect cost about 350
I owned a down pipe I modified
machine work for the s366 exhaust flange $50
total $$$ was approximately $1400

this thing will make stupid boost. a wastegate on the secondary would allow one to make gobs more power however fitment was my concern with this. using an hx35 would have resulted in a much more intricate and imo ugly interstage charge pipe. I chose the early h1c with the 18cm housing and hose style outlet vrs the IC h1c with the 22cm and more common clamp on flange. not only because of fitment but for compressor size. I wanted a decent gab in compressors. this thing spools so fast I would have NO concern using the 22cm housing. it might allow for a bit more hp. On a first get you could much easier do a manifold swap and make the compounds look like I had them on the stand. once I started installing them on a second gen it was clear that the secondary in the stock location would be much easier to place the primary away from the AC and get a down pipe on it. about 7 inches needs to be cut from an aftermarket down pipe to fit perfectly.
Are you a vendor?
