Intercoolers

The only thing I don't like about welded end caps is I have seen a handful of intercooler crack at the welds. But I'm interested in seeing some pics.
 
Im going to look into casting the end tanks later and see if its a viable option if they sell.

In for pics of 2nd gen cooler. If the cracked pos I have now won't be warrantied I'll be very interested .

I would be interest in one for the 2nd gen is the price going to be the same as the CR? Also it would be nice to see a picture of the finished product.

Would love to see the before and after data if you have it! I still have a PDR intercooler that Piers built in the 98, it was the proto type and I data logged it with air intake temps at the hat verses the stock one.......bar/plate design!
