Hello, my buddy has a 2012 Cummins mods
2nd Gen swap S467.7 turbo
Fleece 100% overs
48re auto swap full manual vb
Exergy 12mm pump

Okay so under WOT it has a some sort of defuel issue. I used to have a g56 and the problem was still there. Efi live tunes. Has anyone came across this issue?
 
It's always around 2200-2500 been threw two tuners and neither can figure it out. They said 12s are reaaally hard to tune
