The 2.5++ has a Lobe separation angle of between 108 to 116 and depending on the intended application. I grind each cam to the customer’s application. The more you advance the cam the more you will drive the charger. With a big single and ported head in a drag racing application where spool is critical then install the cam around 98 to 100. With twins and high boost application, I will use a wide LSA and retard the ICL to around 102 to 105 . It’s all about the custom need
