When I was looking at ordering one, the dealer said they were not going to put in at regular cab at all. Things do change though.
Edit, they tried to tell me it was do to wheelbase...I asked which is longer the Grand Cherokee or the RCSB, he then said he had no idea why.
Just that he couldn't order it.
