I have had the same problem and it looks like you have to pay if you want more than just two double beds.
I am actually from Kitchener / Waterloo, Ontario. Small world. There are 4 of us going from the area and a few others that I know of from a performance diesel shop (4 wheels performance) an hour away from Kitchener / Waterloo.

Bad arse D&J gearcase/cover to gear drive the cp3 pumps, water injection pump, drysump oil system and most likely the low pressure fuel system as well.
Everything but the kitchen sink into this build...
