To JFaulkner: Let me just say that the 2013 W900 with the 550 ISX with a certain file created by the Cummins MidSouth Marine Division is more impressive than I thought it should be. It's way stronger than the 600 ever thought about being. The most impressive engine I ever tied in front of an 18spd. and 3.73's! And I haven't even done any deletes YET, I'm already tired of DEF! Well that's good to hear. I found a 2011 W900L with a C15 I might go look at so I'm not ready to buy a red boat anchor just yet.To JFaulkner: Let me just say that the 2013 W900 with the 550 ISX with a certain file created by the Cummins MidSouth Marine Division is more impressive than I thought it should be. I believe that's probably still a stock Cummins file (just for a different application) so the DPF can stay. Even companies like PDI or BullyDog can write you a better than stock file and leave the DPF/SCR stuff in place if you don't want to spend the cash right away. However IMO the only way to fix a DPF motor is to use a hammer and a box!I would love to see some video of this thing once you get it deleted. I'm also curious as to how you're running a tune on it without deleting. I was under the impression it had to be deleted before you could do anything like that.
