2012 6.7 randomly shuts off and back on while driving(instrument cluster as well)

Not sure what's going on here but We did a 2nd gen swap and a set of nozzles for a customer and shortly after he got it back it started turning off and back on while driving it, literally everything turns off, gauges all reset and sometimes the clock on the dash resets... it happens really fast and seems to do it the worst when you're accelerating fast. The more load you put on it the more likely it will do it. It doesn't do it every time. Batteries aren't even a year old and have good connections. They seem to be charging. We unplugged the ecm and plugged back in, and cleaned the connection that goes into the fuse box and it hardly ever does it now, just randomly every once in a while. That seems to have helped but didn't totally fix it. We will clean the connection a little better and check the ecm plugs out. Anyone have any ideas? It seems like a bad connection somewhere to us but maybe someone's had a similar problem! Thank you
