Honestly the truck that bothered me the most was the
CR at 18.5-1, it was using 1 qt of oil every 300 ft, changed the cam and no oil usage now. I don't know how it is related or even relevant but fact is fact, and it does seem to run better.
I am sure it has no valve seals in it, somehow sucking the oil from the top of the motor.
