3 cyl duetz

I used to work on F4M1011 and F4M1012 as well as a couple other variants all the time. Or is this one of the older air-cooled units? I hated those too but liked them better than the oil cooled units.
 
Older air cooled 3fl912 or something like that, early 80's motor. I see rebuild kits for them, looks like they have a removable sleeve. Also looks like a weird torque sequence on the head bolts.
