Main Cap Dowel rings ?

I'm in need of some main cap dowels and I'm having some difficulty with part numbers.
It's a 6.7 block, at the machine shop now turning into a 6.4, and I'm finding several different part numbers with no description on application ?
The one that pops up the most is Cummins part # 3900068...
Can anyone verify if this is correct ?
 
If you are doing a performance build, I think either enterprise engine or D&J offers a "stronger" dowel.

Enterprise was the first place I checked, and the only dowels they had listed were the head x block dowels.
