So the other day my VGT was jamming up and wouldn’t close down all the way. I just assumed everything got sooted up and i needed to clean it. Took it apart today and it appears that the turbo didn’t like the occasional 90psi drive and 1600egt?...

Might be hard to tell from the picture but the thinner and shorter sections of the nozzle fins have bent outwards and is causing the nozzle to stick in that mid position....

Anybody have any ideas on a good way to prevent this? Only thing i could think of is go to the extreme of making a billet one with thicker fins and the coresponding plate they slide into... thoughts?
