That pop pressure thing I think solved a mystery of mine ... got a 97 5 spd. My stock 215 needed to be rebuilt, but I could get another pump cheaper. Happened to be a 180. To be safe, I pin timed the pump and the truck when I installed it. So stock timing, right? Probably set to 14 degrees because it's for an auto? Anyway. Upon start up, it won't rev higher than 1800 RPM. The usual signs of slipped timing. So I shut it down and bump the timing 5 degrees using the dial indicator method on the IP. Problem solved!

Anyway. My injectors have a pop pressure of 282. So, if I understood this correctly, this retards my timing by twoish degrees. Correct?
