Unless you're getting major discounts on Insurance/Maintenance/fuel/tires one is going to be hard pressed to operate a class 8 for less then $1.30

I currently don't how long these 255/70/22.5 will last I paid roughly double for 6 22.5 than what I did for 6 19.5 in which they got replaced every 100-120k. Hopefully 250k.. price would be a wash between 19.5/22.5

If I'm not doing 10+mpg it's there's few reasons for me to have a MD and current Engine is basically stock with plenty of room for improvement

Well you need to figure the cost over longer periods, as an example you had high maintenance costs in 2015, and probably low costs in 2016, and then back up again in 2017. While yes annual is a useful number, to get the real cost of ownership you need to go out over a longer period.
