32 spline shafts in a 30 spline housing

Anyone ever swapped 32 spline axles out of an 01 into a 30 spline housing? What did you do at the cad? The 32 spline axles won't go through the cad, so did you bore out the housing or turn the axle down

I assume you are keeping the CAD on the 32 spline setup?

I know when i was going 35 spline in my 01 puller there longer. Beleive they told me 32 spline axles are 3/8 longer. There totall different in sealing surface and where the bearing is in the housing to support the intermediate shaft.

Yeah the 32 are much bigger then the 30 and looks like the cad area of the inner housing needs bored out. I'm just going to have to do a complete axle swap with on I have here with 35 splines already in them. Was just trying to to do a quick upgrade and it doesn't seem possible.
