Using 4th gen bumper the way it should be installed. Making a carbon fiber grille
and headlights. This is the start of pattern to build the mold.

A little carving

Stating to look like it

Test look on the truck

This grille is 3" taller and projects forward, profiled more like a 3rd gen it also
follows the bumper radius the headlights will be larger as well.
Side shot with the fender ext to bumper.

Are you going to run the bars parallel to the ground in the final product?

Yes, These bars are just setting in there I will probably make different bars
also.

Im not sure how clear it will be It did on the wall with a flash light

Getting closer 30 hrs of block sanding to keep the profile the way I want it.I decided on the large 5" ram emblem so I have to use the large center bar.

should cast it out of aluminum like the diff cover. id put a real metal one on in a heart beat.
