NHRDA East Coast Regional Championship October 24th

Ok here is how it works the top 16 competitors in each class from division 3,4 and 5 are invited to compete for the East Coast Regional Championship. If a competitor declines the invitation then their spot will be awarded to an alternate.

This is like the Super Bowl it doesnt matter how many points you had in your division it is a one day winner takes all race.

Next year we will have Divisional , Regionals and then a World Finals where the top 16 in each class from the West and East will meet and for the first in the history of our sport. Then you will see the best teams in North America battle for the Championship.

We will have the payout schedule by the end of the week. Should be around the $10,000 range. :rockwoot:

where you stayin? haven't really meet anyone from this site but would like to meet new people and hang out. 8 hr drive, mine is just little over 1 hr and will be leaving after work friday. let me know if you have a big group and we can go out around BG. i went to WKU a few years back and hope to remember where all the good places are. :rockwoot::poke:

Not sure where I'm staying yet, gonna call the race director here shortly and see if he's found a place yet. If not, I found a place off of US-231 I'm thinking about getting. Should be booking my room tomorrow, or Monday at the latest.
 
Rodger, emails went out requesting RSVP. I will also have the list up later today on Comp D with any luck. You finished 7th in Div 4, see you in KY on October 24th.
 
So if your not invited you can not participate at this event? Or is it open to all members? I recently just got my truck goin haha a little late in the season I Kno but was hopeing to b able to run here..

Everyone will be able to race, however if you did not qualify in the regular season you will have to race in the open brackets. This will be open to all vehicle makes and models.
 
Sorry everyone we have been sending out emails , but alot of them have been bouncing back. We will start calling people next week to get confirmations. Remember it is the top 16 in each class but if someone declines the invitation then we will move on to the next alternate in line.

If you are on the list below , feel free to contact chris.winans@nhrda.com or randy.cole@nhrda.comand let us know whether or not you will be attending the event.

Also we are working on finding a place to have the awards banquet after the event on Saturday.
