Best place for reman engines

Simply put, who is using who?
I've used black water a number of times and really would like to see if there is another option on the table.
 
There's an outfit out of Kaufman, Texas, I believe they are called Premier, or G&S Diesel Service, that is always selling rebuilts on Craigslist and Ebay.
Their prices aren't too out of line, but I can't say that I have actually seen their work.

The Cummins long block is 6100.00. They do not offer a complete engine for the Dodge application.

I've heard nothing good about them. That's all I can say about them.
