Hell once they start upgrading hard parts, turbos, injectors, ect they will have to change tunes an what better place to go then to the guy who shared with you the first tune.

Because, (at least on the gm side) there are quite a few EFI vendors that offer free upgrades to tuning with hard part changes and custom requests.
