98 2500 4x4 12 valve cummins for sale

Not to rain on your parade but you should check the NADA or KBB value on that truck. At what your asking or even your bottom dollar you still won't be able to sell it. With todays economy the way it is you might start to get some bites on it if you dropped your price in half.
 
very nice truck I think the price is fair and it's always a starting point, but it's a good looking truck, let's keep the post focused on the sale and not tell him how to sell it I think that's fair to the owner IMO
 
It is a nice truck and I'm not trying to take anything away from his sale but I was just trying to be honest. I have been trying to sell a truck also but it got to the point where I might as well gave it away because no one is in the buying mood.
 
always people with money and interest, u just have to have a product they want, I think if people are gonna give their opinion when someone is selling something it should be in a PM not like us who are hijacking this thread..........my apologies TM
 
Well this thread mite as well be deleted because i have checked the NADA and KELLY BLUE BOOK. value on the truck is about 9000, but theirs no way to add in all the extras that i have put on the truck so i think my asking price is fair if not cheaper than fair considering all the upgrades and addons that have been put on the truck. so cutting my asking price in half is NOT going to happen ive got 5000 plus in chrome, lights, gauges, front end rebuild, bed liner, tool box, stacks, full 5 inch exhaust, wheels, ive got 3 sets of stacks for the truck, and i had planned on throwing in all the oil filters i have plus the oil that ive stocked up for oil changes, ive got a 450 dollar cd player with a flip up touch screen, 1000 watt amp with two 12 inch subs in a custom en closer, the KDP has been taken care of already also. so like i said the moderator might as well delete this thread because im not giving my truck away. Im considering closing my comp d account because i never get more than crap from everyone on this site, i ask a simple question and get told im wrong or somthings broke or someone else hijacks the thread and i never get an answer so im done with comp d. MODERATOR PLEASE DELETE THIS POST AND MY ACCOUNT.
 
I don't know if it was enough reason to go get all butt hurt, he was just telling you the truth.....I had a 2001 with less than half the miles as urs and probably twice the add-ons and I sold it to a member here for $14k. Not a sellers market right now.....
 
I think it would be easier to sell if you took all those lights off and the stacks. Modified trucks are hard to sell.

It's a damn shame... I thought it was a good price!!! That truck is super clean... I could have bought it and sold all the 'flashy' chit and made some money! I think you need to learn that CompD is the official ball-busting, have a good time forum. I and everyone else on this site learned this.. There is no site better than CompD.. Good luck on your future temper tantrums... LOL
 
you guys can bust each others balls or whatever but i dont tear others peoples trucks up and bad mouth others opions and their custom touches to their trucks, its not who i am. so as far as tearing all the **** off my truck to sell it isnt happening, im keeping it.

Seems a fair price to me for the uber rare 98' 12v quad cab. Hard to come by, let alone in this good of shape. I would love to buy it if I could sell mine...
