so a little update on whats going on with the truck. i got her running again! i was going to weld a bracket on the compressor housing to mount the waste gate but there was just not enough room so i ended up welding some bosses on the exh housing to mount the waste gate bracket. i used some 309 SS rod (i think) to tig weld them on. i also had to grind the welds off the little arm on the waste gate and turn the arm 90* so it would work. i forgot to take more pics. when i was getting ready to put it together i remembered to take some but i forgot to get some all together so i'll have to do that when i get home from work.
this is together with the waste gate wired shut.
here is the bosses that i welded to the exh housing.
another with the wg bracked part way bolted on and the arm on the wg that i had to turn 90* and re-weld.
