Go to power driven diesels website and watch the dyno videos. I am currently running the 64.5/68/.7 I wish I had gone with the 62/68/.7. It made more average horsepower. The bigger turbo made a few more peak ponies but less average due to slower spool times. They also showed the tighter turbine housings spool faster and make more power every time. I run my timing at 20*, you will want the tighter housing with the advanced timing.
