If it's that fresh you could always invest the whopping $50 in a Trans-Go TFOD-Jr shift kit. You get the higher rated pressure regulator spring, and the chance to open up the orifices in the valve body to firm up the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts as well as eliminate any "slide bump" shifting. You could also invest the $120 for the full TFOD-Dsl kit which increase lock-up pressure, solves a few more problems, stiffens up the OD shift, and then install the V10 shift timing spring (in the kit) to raise your shift points a little

I'd like to run my truck in the 1/4 to see what it does before I put it under the knife again. I would imagine that having 422rwhp and only weighing #5600 should have me in the mid to low 13's if I can drive it right...

EDIT: BTW, so far I've only got $500 in the engine
