More air for all common rail Dodges

My engine is hurt, so I am sending a kit out for another customer to test soon. Bottom end airflow is better, and response is improved. I will update when we get some more data.
 
if you need me to just let me know my trucks far from stock and ill do what ever to help you out shane.
 
Definatly weld some bungs on the lower intercooler piping for water/nitrous/hobbs switches...

Just a cheap little thing for a selling point.. Or atleast, add the option..

Good idea, I wonder how far away from the engine...is too far, I think nitrous needs to be within a foot of the engine?
 
Shane, nitrous works very well pretty much anywheres in the system, I have a 50 shot pre cac, puts out exactly 50 hp on the dyno. I have a 225 shot in the intake horn, puts out exactly 225 hp, so I would say it works pretty much equal anywheres, now with water I think the closer the better

Sorry guys been real busy, hope to get caught up soon so I can build a few and send them out for testing.
