Isuzu Diesel Swap in a 96 Chevy?

Well Damn, I never put 2 and 2 together.
A guy at work is wanting to do this to a 96 chevy WT with a V6. He asked if i would be interested.
Is there any unforseen issues that I need to know about before taking this on????
Looks like you can get the engines with Alternators and PS pumps already on them.
What other issues willl one run into?
