Probably won't help much in your situation, but, we once took '01 powerstroke calipers/brackets and used them on the rear of an '07.5 dodge and had the OD of the dodge rotors cut down. This allowed clearance for the inside dually wheel.

You may be able to do something like this to the front. We have also ground on calipers for small clearance issues.
