Seth suggested taking .020 off the bottom of gov spring seats.
It made quite a difference, able to pull off in second much easier and gear changes are much more seamless. Theres probably some fine tuning to be done but i am surprised at what a difference it made.
Still have a light spring on throttle and the bucking is significantly cut down.
