I put 4-5 years on the FL60 it's good possibility I'm looking at two options completely refurbishing it... Or pull off what I can use and scrap the rest..

I would say basically get to at least a period of where you are doing an inframe on the medium duty. I mean if you put $10K in engines in the Dmax over 3 years and put $5K in the FL60, that should be factored in. You can play with the numbers all you want, but really it should be total cost ownership, for the period you own the vehicle, factoring purchase and sell price.
