1) mostly with a spool gun( miller 180 with 100 spoolmate) Some tig (miller 180 diversion) depends on thickness
2)I worked in a fab shop in high school,I am currently a Marine engineer Offshore and They just had me go thru a Welding class last year to be a certified welder. Yes the dodge has a welder bed style but its nowhere finished i will be starting on it soon and possibly make it my back up hobby when not offshore
3)Driven over. They are made from 1/2 aluminum plate
