ok i tryed to run my truck with out the afc housing and still no power and i couldent get the spring out of the banjo i guess thay mad one that you couldent take apart i dont now

Do you mean the overflow valve on the return line on the P7100 pump?
Then yes, they put one piece ones in some trucks.

Your AFC has nothing to do with your problem. Like everyone on here has said, you have a fuel delivery issue. Either put the fuel gauge in and see what your pressure is or just spend the $100 and put a new lift pump in. You can get them from Cummins for under $100.

I mounted mine down by my right leg on one of the cheapo gauge holder you can get at autozone or advance. This way if it does ever leak, you wont have diesel in the dash or a pillar.

Its easy to pull the screen and clean it. I had mine off at 170,000 and it was clean.

check every thing fuel related !
one more little thing that popped in to my small head the other night ! you have factory exhaust ? the resonator/ cat could be plugged up how is you exhaust flow ?
