As far as Cummins, you know their parts are chit when even they don’t want cores back. Going to start building fences with Cummins cam’s.

Thats true. The Temporary Replacement Parts isnt worth the time to install. But i havent touched that stuff. Thus is all supposed to be OE cat and cummins stuff. Its stretching a week job to 2 now.

Question is, are they ordering the right part and the parts not showing up the right part number?
Cummins recon is a joke, at this point for hard parts I don’t see why there aren’t more heading for IPD for their pistons and liners.

No way the insurance company is going to believe the truck is on its side and the dump is upright. Lol

Ha, ain’t that the truth!
That’s pretty ugly, but if the driver was buckled up he should be ok.
Any other vehicles involved?

Two, I dont know who was in what but one went to the local hospital, one went to the trauma center in Columbus, lifeflight wouldn't fly due to weather. Last I heard was critical condition.

I couldn’t imagine the truck looking like that, and being in a clear median, without hitting another vehicle.

You know the driver? Know any more details? All my wife found was "the truck blew the light". Surely he wasn't hammering that Cat to try to make the light.

No friend sent me the before pic and said “Some lady said “he was chasing me thru Newark at 75mph and blew the light”. Anyone that has been through Newark especially in the fog knows that’s probably BS. I haven’t been on 16 in a while but most of those lights had the prepare to stop flashers which are awesome as long as your doing the speed limit or above. My uncle ran one because he was doing below the limit in the fog and those lights might not be flashing when you pass them and the light will change before you get there.

Ok, yeah I cant imagine traffic allowed those speeds at the time of day! Almost like a modern Duel if true though! What did she do to cause the chase I wonder?

Sounds like a made up story. I don't usually defend truck drivers because most I meet are idiots but..... I've got calls about my drivers running people off the road while looking at the truck in question sitting in the barn.

If he was heading East, there's no way a truck was doing 75 through the curves before you hit the lights
