VGT or Non vgt

I am trying to narrow down my choices of turbos. I am looking for an all around turbo that can clean up 190's, tow, and handle anything in between. What I am looking at right now is to see which would be a better option something like a VGT-HO or go with a non-vgt. I am on a budget so I would like to get the right one the first time. Everything I have done so far is in my sig.

I don't think any vgt on the market right now will clean up 190's. non-vgt singles big enough to clean them up will be pretty laggy to put it mildly.

alot of people are very happy with the SS Zane.

FirstonRaceDay has one and he is running 275cc, I believe. With a big shot of nos it cleans up his 275's

So I would think it would be your best bet for 190's..

but there are a couple of people here running non-vgt..maybe they will chime in.

I have Josh's 200cc injectors in my engine. (Spartan Diesel)
I am just waiting for my turbo to come back from Turbonetics, as it had to be reconfigured. (61mm was too small)
It is been upsized to a 66mm.

Can't wait to get it in and running...
