Cummins from India.
Finally got a chance to write down some info off the id tag. Made under license from Cummins in Mugarapwhakashamalamadindong India. Tag says:
B5.9 123 10(might be an 8 instead of a zero)
0835 125hp @ 2500 rpm
So 10035
40M
62377832
I may just go ahead and try to get this for giggles. Comes with an Allison looking transmission. Probably from India as well.

Where do you get the moped Riga picture?
They made those in Latvia Riga, just 300 km away from my country .

ESN not found! You may have entered it incorrectly or entered a serial number for a third party engine powered application.

Curry burns at 1/3 the BTU of US low sulfur diesel. That would be 375 hp on #2.

I have seen India made Bseries before, but they have all been generator engies with rotor fuel pumps.
The serial number are not in quickserve.
They also make good old NT855 series engines
