Still having high egt's

This is my daily driver and tow pig, normal driving the egt's aren't a problem. Here is the setup:
210hp p7100
Freightliner 24 valve (Evolution/VP44 generation)
75hp 8 hole nozzles
4k gsk
18* timing effectively (pump at 22* to compensate for 24V injectors)
No plate
AFC adjusted
45 psi OFV I think it is
Sufficient lift pump/lines/filtering/supply pressure
Barrels racked.
Stock DV's for the pump as far as I can tell
24V intake horn
12V exhaust manifold, ported out to help match it to the head
BHAF, Fleetgard
HX40 hybrid 60mm
Jacobs exhaust brake
4" downpipe to full 6" exhaust all header paint, DP wrapped in heat wrap
NV4500
4.10's
245/70/19.5's 14 ply on steel 19.5's
4wd club cab dually with fiberglass cap
8,500# unloaded +/- 2-300#

Cruises at 750-800* flat ground overdrive 60 mph 2,000 rpm, 5-8# boost depending on wind etc. Pulling hills unloaded fairly hard throttle at 25 psi or so, it can get 1300-1400*. Towing 8500# it hits 1500 on hills at 15 psi in overdrive.
Engine temp by factory gauge looks around 170 cruising empty, runs closer to 180 towing and has been up to 210-215 on hills towing with a/c on. I run two dual speed electric fans that kick on low speed around 170* and high speed at 180 or with ac on.

It's not necessarily excessively hot but it definitely seems warmer than it should be. I don't have much smoke, it cleans up pretty darn good.

Any ideas?

I know that on my ppumped 24v i was running a 160 pump with racked barrels and stock injectors/turbo. I put 131s back in, stock fuel plate full rear, and put a governor spring in the afc. It just seemed as though i couldn't take enough fuel. I didn't even tow and it got hot going up steep grades. Pulled the pump and put a stock 215 in and it was a night and day difference.

Pretty sure the nozzels are only 50hp(really unknown), but are definately 8-hole nozzels. Also pop off pressures are unknown too. The turbo is a full Super Hx40(60/64/14) with Hx35 14cm housing and blocked gate. If he ain't busy this weekend we are going to check for boost leaks. It maxes out around 42psi boost.

Yea I got too much going on in life to remember the specifics of the turbo. Anyway, nonetheless, it runs fine and decent mileage all things considered. Just runs warmer than any 12 valve I've seen with similar setup.

Add more timing. I have been driving my truck for the last year at 25* with converted injectors. Towing 7500lbs, 1300 at worse.
