700hp doesn't require much more than 35 GPH for burning, it's the pressure/flow that the CP3 needs and why a 120 GPH at 15 psi will cover most users.

The QSB 480 has a 50 GPH pump at 11 psi, and burns 25 GPH at 3,400 rpms making 480 hp

So where do you find the specifics on the different filters. I have searched high and low, short of calling manufactures, and can't seem to find them. I do know the different filters that will fit and are recomended by other, but don't know any specifics on them.
Just curious!

I have spent a TON of hours calling and emailing manufacturers and gotten data on the popular filters.

I didn't get the free flow number. For some reason 150GPH is stuck in my mind as the free flow number...if I recall correctly that is what Charlie told me when the demand flow units were first released, Kyle or Anthony could verify that.

I don't know about the BF7531 as no-one wants to run a 10um, but the BF7634 is 4um on multi-pass standards, not single pass like the Donaldson.

Baldwin has decided to switch to multi-pass standards on most/all of their filters, why I couldn't tell you. Dodge, Cummins, Bosch all still want single pass ratings.

I know that the BF7633 (big brother to the BF7634) is 4um with the multi-pass standards and only 7um with the single pass standards.. so it's the same level of filtration as stock.

The Donaldson filters are <3um single pass, and that's what you want in a HPCR system.

I have 2 Baldwin filters on my truck, but my final is a Donaldson.

By big brother I meant the larger Cat applications with a different gasket/thread setup.. but the same media (at least Cat/Donaldson use the same media, just different amount) and standards for Cat and Cat is the pure-filter.

The BF7633 uses 1-14" threads and wouldn't fit. In that size the Donaldson P551313 is the filter to use, followed by the Cat 1R-0750, then Fleetguard FF5320. The BF7633 isn't an improvement over stock and should only be ran in emergencies if it can't be avoided.

The FF5320 has a 2micron rating when used as a secondary stage while the P551313 has no secondary stage rating... Also we don't know the % efficiency of the P551313.
