Info on this Garrett turbo

It is ancient. The part number isn't bringing much up for me. It appears to be a T18. Large turbocharger. Used on a multitude of things. Mostly big displacement Detroit and Cat stuff. The gas crowd used to love them for big power on their cars.

I pulled them off two diesel generators, while installing new ones at a sewage plant. They were scraping the generators so I pulled the turbos. Seeing there so old I assume there of no value to anyone?

Probably a variant of the T1810, different than the T18A line. More pictures would be better.

Unfortunately, what you have are 2 really interesting shop door stops.

The aero in those is probably 50 years old. We have come a long way.

I assumed that. These generators are older and dirt. Just couldn't let them toss them in the dumpster.
