I would isolate the drain on the turbo(s) with everything hot just to exclude them.
After that, valve guides can cause what you are experiencing.

No, I mean the ring width vs. the size of the ring groove. I've seen guys get mismatched piston/rings and had too much clearance. This causes the rings to flutter and you get crazy blowby.

Cheap Dino oil with 2 bottles of Hamilton zinc additive.
I believe the oil itself was Delo 15-40

I also primed the oil pump and galleys with assembly lube during assembly.
Worked great. Had oil pressure almost instantly.
