07 grand 3.0 crd

My grand is throwing a p0100 and p0402 codes. I've cleaned the egr and the maf sensor. Still throwing the codes. Before I start buying parts I'd like to narrow it down. I can read the maf sensor but I'm not sure where it's supposed to be vs what it's reading. I'm leaning towards the egr since they are known for problems. Any help would be great.
