Part identification needed - Competition Diesel.Com

Hello, I was going through some boxes and came across a box with valve springs and gsk kit. This part was in there. Not sure what it is, I was hoping someone could tell from the pictures. It may be nothing and just got thrown into the box.

Looks like an AFC diaphragm washer.
