Every time that has happened to me, it was a plugged filter.

Since you swapped the OD housings did you check the clearances to make sure it has the right shim for the new housing?

I'll check filter and yes I checked shim depth. I litterally just put a filter on it when I put the trans in maybe 200 miles on it

So far it looks like it has some kind of trash in it. Were the OD clutches burnt up?
