The load from the spring perches need to directly transfer into the main beams...I am concerned by the first pictures...

I already Prevented for that everywhere Steel and aluminum Have contact There is a Thick layer of paint as well as HDPE between bolts washers and Framing Some pics you can see it most you cant

Anyways....probably more than good enough for a car hauler. I am interested in its weight too!

After looking at other aluminum Trailers Design this will not be a problem
Mine is Way overkill Compare to the ones you buy From like EBY
Imagine having 30"+ of axle on each side of the frame that is base in the center. that narrowed you would bend the axles very easily
 
Very nice trailer build! I feel your pain on the 16" wheels, but at least you can still get heavy ply 16" that don't kill the wallet when you have to buy them. Haha
 
So i got the Taillights installed not wired up yet. Got a Small toolbox for straps and jack in and finished up the jack so it can be removed once hooked to the trailer

Lil more of a update
The drivers side was a lil tight on the wheel to frame that i didn't like so i made to 5 mm wheel spacers out of old rotors

Dang, 2600! How big are the axles again? Is that made from a trailer that's made for maxing out GCWR on a tractor?
