Return Policy
At MKM Customs we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:
· Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
· Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
· Shipping Fees are non-refundable
· All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
· There are a few non-returnable products & services including but not limited to promotional and/or open box items
· Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.
So I get their new cold air intake kit to check it out and put it on the truck. It won't fit. All I did was hold the pipe in place. They said they would NOT take it back because I opened the box. Ha, good luck dealing with my CC company. This kit would be good for a completely stock truck. Don't waster your time or money. I can fit the air raid filter inside my pro g 7.
