8.3 valves

I'm in the process of putting 8.3 c series Cummins valves in a 12valve head. Have any of you guys done this and if you have did you like the flow of the head. I'm cutting the stem of the 8.3 valves to match the length of 12 valve valves. The stem is much thicker then the 12valve stem so it will be harder to bent or break the valve.

Are you related to Joe...

and dont hit the valves into the pistons and they shouldnt bend of break

Nope not that I know of and yup I know I was just saying there much thicker

How much larger are the 8.3 valves?

The exhaust on a 8.3 is the same size as the intake on the 12v. I'll get measurements for you guys
