Need help with 08 cummins,

Hey everyone, my name Is Don firefighter/medic in Maine, I have an 08 ram 2500 has full deletes and hs tuner, with 130,000 miles on it. I’m not sure this the spot but I was reading an old post that talked about some issues with the ex brake stinking and not turning off unless rpm dropped bellow 1200. But I never got to read about a solution, anyone have an answer to it?:bang

Welcome don. Try posting in the 07.5-13 dodge section of the forum, you will get much better response. Sounds like maybe canes in the turbo sticking?

I have seen many of these problems. The sliding nozzle gums up with soot and then the actuator has to work harder to move it. If it’s proven the actuator is bad then cleaning the sliding nozzle is a must as it likely is part of the failure.
