3) 1/8th" bungs in the CR horns. 2) in the 98-02 horns.
The only thing you have to do is grind down the flanged head of 1 or 2 bolts so they'll snake under the horn, into the flange.

Red was a 12v. Sold it already.
I have a red dual intake horn for 12v. Doesn't come with dual plenum. I'll take $130 for it.
