6.0 TSB's

I have a 2004 F250 6L and I have scratched glass on the side windows. I noticed there is a TSB for 2005s does anyone know if this applies to 2004s.
My truck was in the dealership yesterday and I mentioned it and they said they expected one to come out as they were aware of it.
Any advice appreciated.
