ZF6 1st and 2nd hard to shift - Competition Diesel.Com

01 ford f250 with the zf6, i went muddin with some buddies and i shifted hard from 1st to 2nd and now its hard as hell to get in and out of 1st and 2nd. All the other gears are fine just 1st and 2nd. Did i bend a shift fork? It does not grind just hard to get in and out. Wheres a place i can get transmission parts?

Midwest transmission is the best bet for zf parts
