So I checked the temps for each leg on the manifold...they were all pretty even with the center two being 30* highest, which makes sense to me. I did this twice and on two different days. I didn't feel it was worth moving them and seeing what happens.

So I put the 7mm Comps back in and it idles nice and smooth. I had to drop the idle down about 400 RPM and its still smooth in gear.

It is smokier than I would like, but I have not done any other tuning to compensate for the change. I should have time for that tomorrow.

I have tried a bunch of dvs and when they wouldnt idle or had a weak idle I loosened the gov springs a click or 2 and then raised the idle. Fixed the problem most of the time but Im sure weston would have suggested this if it would help you.

When I was origianlly having idle issues, I messed with the gov spings for a month. then changed Injectors and fixed most of it, then another month of gov springs adjustments, then fixed it all with new DV's. I envy thsoe who can fix it with some simple adjustment.
