I have a buddy wanting to upgrade, but doesn't want it to be laggy. How much better do these spool than silver bullets (66/74/14) ?

I've never had this turbo on a truck. I don't know. But I would suspect you should have some good fueling upgrades etc.

I ran this turbo with a 16SS housing on my old 12V. Spooled good with just DDP 4 injectors, #4 plate, some big delivery valves, and some AFC mods. I daily drove and towed 10k with it often.

This spooled well on my common rail with stock injectors and cp3 with arson III on it. It made 50psi. With the correct fueling I'm sure it would have spooled much faster. I only switched because I wanted an extremely fast spooling secondary to go with my 80mm. On the stock injectors it would easily be at full boost by 2200 rpm. With my current fueling I would guess 750hp/1500 lbs/ft
