Easy and quick see if it's valve train related. I can't really tell much from the video. Pull filter and look for flakes

Put your finger on the fuel primer bulb too. Cracker each injector one by one?

:Screw the oil filter off and see if there's any material in it. You put oil back in it?

Check the overhead set, make sure everything is ok. Pull filter and cut open. Check for metal/ copper. Start with the easier stuff. If you can't find anything obvious, I would spot check some rods and mains.

Spot Checking rods and mains is basically dropping the oil pan and visually checking everything make sure you have proper thrust. Then I will pull a few main bearings down and a few rods down and check condition

I don't know what kind of pan access you have. Some units are different that others. Also it depends how the bearings look. If they are in good shape I just role the old ones back in. But if you don't have pan access and have to pull the engine I would make darn sure it's not something top end related

fuel knock would be from an injector leaking or possibly a delivery valve issue (not sealing in seat). you should be able to make it quit by cracking the injector lines one at a time. when you did the delivery valves were there copper washers put back in by chance? Does it go away with rpm.

My buddy did the delivery valves..from in the cab while driving yes it seems to go away at higher rpm..I'll listen under the hood soon as I get home..if it goes away with rpm what does that mean??

Put your stock del valves back in to check. If it goes away with rpm I bet its an injector leaking or more than likely something with one of the del valves not sealing up. So you'r not worried about an internal engine problem, cut apart the oil filter and look for gold flakes. If a bearing problem is the cause you'll have plenty of evidence in the filter. Did it start this all at once or since the engine was first run?
